Things I am looking forward to in 2012 when it comes to fitness and exercise…

– doing hot yoga more often (hopefully a year long membership!)

– trying out pole dancing fitness classes and a month of rock climbing (eek, new things scare me!)

– my new lululemon gear (sigh…three pairs of crops and two new tops…having workout clothes that fit rocks my world)

– my new body fat % scale (I know they aren’t all that accurate, I will be using it to chart a decline, that’s all I am looking for)

– reaching old and new goals!
